After the less volatility, the price of currency pair EUR/USD fell last week. It plunged under the trend line of triangle, the next process may be the fall of the price.

One of the major currency moved up and down in the band till October 10 but it showed the diving in 4-hour chart. The market was closed after the price somewhat rebounded, but it looks just the adjustment and the downward trend seems to be effective.

Does the price of currency pair EUR/USD face the historical parity? My answer is "I don't know." but the historical parity will not be met yet, I guess. During the last downward trend, the price was supported around 1.05s two times. Though the trend was occurred, it continues in mid-term. The price will be supported above 1.05 to diminish the worry of the parity.

The weekly chart of EUR/USD shows the quite market and the price moves in a narrow channel for weeks. The decreasing volatility shows that it accumulates the momentum, I think. We need to prepare the very active market.

And four-hour chart and one-hour chart of EUR/USD give the clue which make we look the next step in the market. The peaks in the charts shrink and the bottoms deeper bit by bit. In one-hour chart, the price made the uprising pattern and succeeded the rise, but the price band shrinks and it may restrain the upward trend.

The weekly chart makes the rising triangle for two years. If the price reaches about 1.15s, the trend is determined, I think. It may roket or it dive to bottom.

The traders need to deal by the small charts such as 4-hour chart, 1-hour chart, fifteen -minute chart or less chart due to the uncertain trend.

Meanwhile Bloomberg reported that the agreement about the heavy fine between German Deutsche Bank and U.S. Department of Justice citing German daily Bild's story on Sunday, October 9. It's known U.S. authority imposed some 1.4 million dollars on Deutsche Bank about incomplete sale of MBS during 2005~2007, in last month. The report made the equity price of the bank plunge.

The volume of fine makes market participant worry the new finance crisis as the bankrupcy of Lehman Brothers provoked the crisis in 2008.

Deutsche Bank is doing its workout freezing the dividend since last year, planing to lay some fifteen thousands employee off. It sold its subsidiary, English life insurance company with one billion euro.

And bloomberg reported that Deutsche Bank denied the confirmation of Bild's news story.

The less volatility and the worring news make traders be more careful when dealing. The less volatility may reflect market-participants worry about currency euro.

[EUR] Euro Keeps Rising

On Friday, one of the major currency pair EUR/USD rollercoastered making 'V pattern' in one-hour chart and four-hour chart. The 'V pattern' is built when the price plunges and soars and this pattern is prone to fail to raise the price. 'W pattern' or 'Double-Bottoms pattern' is more trustworthy than 'V pattern' and '(reverse) Head-and-Shoulders pattern' is more believable than 'W pattern'.

Before the plunge, the currency pair raised its bottoms step by step. After it recovered the trend, it raised the bottoms more. It may face the some adjustment but it seems to keep its trend of rising bit by bit.

We need to look forward the reason of 'V pattern' occurrence. We should pay attention that the news from Germany led the price falling-down and soaring. The global bank, Deutsche Bank faces the crisis and it makes the investors worry. Some investors withdraw from the bank and its equity price fell. The sense of crisis drag the price down. Investors worries that Deutsche Bank may be bankrupt and the financial crisis comes again as Lehman Brothers has done. Deutsche Bank faces the enormous fine by U.S. administration and it can make the bank be bankrupt.

But news agency AFP reported that the penalty volume will be reduced to half size on Friday. The report gave the market. The currency pair EUR/USD rose and Standard and Poors Index in finance part rose about 1.4 percent recording high in two months.

The finance circumstance is positive but it doesn't say the bullish market yet. The weekly chart of EUR/USD is still less volatile. The price moves in the narrow band in the weekly chart yet.

And we need to watch the market carefully.

In this Friday, U.S. non-farm payrolls is reported. It is one of the very effective economic news and the market expects the change of employment increases to 171 thousands. The gauge in last month was the increase of 151 thousands. The forecast is positive to the market. But we know the positive signal from the real economy may provoke the U.S. Federal Fund Rate raise.

Meanwhile West Texas Intermediate(WTI) price 0.9 percent to 48.24 dollars in New York Mercantile Exchange on Friday. And the prices in commodity futures market rose on Friday. The corn futures price rose 2.3 percent and the bean futures price rose 0.4 percent to 9.54 dollars per bushel.
